WłodzimierzowiDzieduszyckiemu, with deep knowledge of his work, za łaskawe podjęcie kostodruku onego dozgonnie grącznykyLwów 19go Stycznia 1859. autor Dr. Wojciech Urbański». On the seventh page there is a rectangular stamp in black with the text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza B-2832.», an impression of an oval stamp in black with the inscription «Muzeum imenia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie», a circular impression in blue with the text «Biblioteka Poturzycka J.W.D.», an impression of a rectangular stamp in black with the inscription «Dział przyrodniczy» and handwritten inscriptions «1990», «1819» and «7435».
